This notice describes the information handled by RoboHub, operated by SOFT DEV FZE LLC, Fujairah, UAE.
Business inquiries and quotes
The full sourcing form collects company, contact name, work email, country, industry, use case, budget range and timeline, plus optional phone and notes. Quick quotes collect company, contact name, work email and a use case, with optional budget, timeline and notes. Country and phone inputs are shown only in the full sourcing form. Requests can include selected robots or parts, category, source page or article, language, an idempotency identifier and a device identifier. With the relevant consent, analytics and advertising attribution can be associated with a request. We store requests in Firestore, send confirmation and internal notification emails, and use the information for sourcing and vendor matching. Matched vendors may receive inquiry details through the vendor routing workflow.
Newsletter
We collect your email address, signup source and language. A confirmation email implements double opt-in: the weekly digest is sent to confirmed, subscribed addresses. Subscription records contain a confirmation token, signup and confirmation timestamps, and unsubscribe status. You can unsubscribe using the email link.
Listing claims
A signed claim token identifies the listing and company. The editor accepts tagline, description, USD price, image URL, use cases, official product URL and specifications. Saved claims include the claiming company identifier and claim/update timestamps. These edits are intended to update public catalog content.
Cookies and local storage
device_id is an essential random device identifier set by the proxy for up to two years. user_country remembers your country for currency display for up to one year. NEXT_LOCALE is the locale preference cookie provided by next-intl. robohub_cookie_consent stores analytics and marketing choices for up to one year, with a local-storage mirror. Optional robohub_analytics_session has a 30-minute cookie lifetime. The consent controls also manage Google measurement cookies and advertising attribution in local storage. You can change optional consent through Cookie settings in the footer.
Analytics and advertising
RoboHub records aggregate page and action counts. Optional session analytics and Google Ads measurement are controlled by consent. Affiliate redirects measure clicks and use request metadata, including a hashed IP for abuse filtering, to distinguish raw and trusted clicks. A click is not proof of a purchase.
Service providers and outbound links
Google Cloud hosts application services and Firestore data; catalog media uses Google Cloud Storage. Resend sends transactional and newsletter email. Google Gemini processes prompts and relevant context for Builder, assistant and natural-language search. Google Ads tags provide advertising measurement subject to consent. AliExpress and Amazon affiliate links redirect to those marketplaces, where their own privacy terms apply. Information submitted to these services is handled by the corresponding provider.
Retention
Session analytics records are assigned an expiry 21 days after the relevant activity. This is an application expiry value, not a guarantee that every backup or provider log is erased at that time. The application does not define a general automatic deletion deadline for inquiry, newsletter or claim records. Cookie lifetimes are listed above.
Requests and choices
Contact legal@robohub.app to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. Describe the request and the email address or record involved so we can identify it. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter and withdraw optional analytics or marketing consent through Cookie settings.
